Project Manager: Worked directly with the project sponsor to develop project requirements for a customer satisfaction survey application. Managed a project team composed of 1 consultant, 1 programmer and 2 QC team members. The project team prepared project deliverables for a client/server application developed in PowerBuilder and Oracle. Prepared and maintained the project plan. Developed and maintained project Gantt charts and prepared weekly project status reports to upper level management. Worked directly with the customer account manager to resolve issues between the project team and the business unit.
The original project was estimated at 1,903 man-hours and consisted of 237 function points. The estimate was later revised to 1,293 man-hours. This project was delivered 90 hours under budget.

Project Manager: Worked directly with the customer account manager and the business unit manager to develop a business case and project initiation document for a process re-engineering project. Assembled and managed a project team consisting of 1 senior systems analyst, 2 full time programmers, 2 part time programmers and 2 functional experts from the business unit. Managed the project from requirements definition through implementation. Developed and maintained project Gantt charts, prepared weekly project status reports and prepared change control documents.
The original project was estimated at 2,000 man-hours and consisted of 427 function points. This project was in progress and scheduled to be implemented under budget.

Project Leader: Supervised 2 programmers and 1 consultant. Coordinated digital telephone switch conversions. Worked with the customer account manager to develop project initiation documents and arrange for project sponsorship. Developed project deliverables to document the existing process, developed process improvement plans, prepared weekly project status reports. Coded Shell scripts and key translation utilities using AWK and SED.

Project Leader: Supervised 1 programmer, 2 functional analysts and 2 QC team members. Worked with AT&T, functional analysts and an external development team to develop project specifications. Trained and mentored new contract programmer, coordinated QC reviews, facilitated code inspections, prepared weekly project status reports, conducted status meetings, developed and maintained Gantt charts.
The original project was estimated at 1,667 man-hours and consisted of 146 function points. The project was delivered 50 hours over budget due to 80 hours of rework caused by an external vendor.

Project Leader: Supervised 2 programmers, 2 QC team members and 1 functional expert. Worked with the functional expert and AT&T to develop project specifications. Conducted status meetings, coordinated QC reviews, facilitated code inspections, prepared weekly project status reports, conducted status meetings, coordinated development and testing with AT&T, developed and maintained Gantt charts.
The original project was estimated at 1,931 man-hours and consisted of 261 function points. The project was delivered 339 hours under budget.

Project Leader: Supervised 1 entry level programmer. Prepared weekly status reports, developed data driven design, maintained RP deliverables, coordinated development and testing with an external development team, developed and maintained Gantt charts.
The original project was estimated at 1,464 man-hours and consisted of 91 function points. The project was delivered 261 hours under budget.
