Project manager: Managed several development projects simultaneously. Supervised 10 consultants and 3 client personnel. Assigned tasks to team members and conducted team status meetings. Implemented and managed change control procedures, developed and maintained Gantt charts.

Project leader: Supervised 4 consultants and 1 programmer in the design and development of an interface linking blood analysis equipment to a mainframe database via a PC. Directed the requirements gathering process. Participated in the development of the system design and detailed program design. Developed the PC to mainframe user interface. Prepared weekly project status reports, conducted weekly status meetings with upper level client management, developed and maintained Gantt charts.

Project leader: Supervised 2 software developers. Designed and developed a patient tracking system used for the analysis and tracking of family histories and their association with specific genetic disorders. Drafted system requirements and design documents, prepared weekly project status reports for upper level management, developed and maintained Gantt charts.

Project leader: Coordinated hardware and software installation. Supervised and trained entry level technicians in proper hardware and software installation techniques and procedures. Enforced IT policies and procedures. The project team consisted of four technicians and installed over 2,000 PC's within a 1-year period.
