Enciphered Communications Crypto-analyst: Senior programmer and data processing section chief. Supervised up to 5 subordinates in software development and maintenance on an IBM 4341 computer. Received national level recognition for development of data analysis systems. Assisted in the development and implementation of software standards and review procedures. Developed and conducted a variety of educational programs for both programmers and end users. Security administrator for 50 user accounts. Designed, developed and implemented a unique operating environment which improved security and eliminated redundant data storage. Produced statistical reports on subjects ranging from quality control to resource management.
